Mr. Nikhil Kulkarni is very knowledgeable and experience personality in the world of business. He made us aware of the process of business communication. He emphasize on the fact that ‘we need to live that process of business’, don’t work just for the sake of grades or degree. His asked us to get an industry experience and build your own dream. Mr. Kulkarni taught us about company orientations towards marketplace. He conveyed his points in a very systematic fashion. He provided the thorough understanding of-

Later he discussed about how availability of product is depend on price and consumers favoritism about products. In Mr. Kulkarnis’s vision societal marketing concept focuses on needs/wants of target markets and delivering value better than competitors that preserves the consumer’s and society’s well- being. Mr. Nikhil Kulkarni also opened the doors of consulting knowledge for us. He talked about business communication in consulting. His words were you need to structure your content by using pyramid principle. We understood the concept of personal branding and believe that we are going to apply all the learning in industry. I’ll give you brief idea about what’s pyramid principle.

About the honorable guest-

Mr. Nikhil Kulkarni is the co-founder of Darwin Tech (www.techdarwin.com); a travel technology B2B startup – they are working on products for the leisure holiday market. Previously, he worked with KPMG for more than a decade consulting with corporates and enterprises cross the chasm between business and technology - especially in dealing with emerging technologies (Cloud, Mobile, Social, IoT etc.) & Project and Program management. He also worked on mobile and Cloud security having worked in past on a broad range of consulting projects ranging from identification and implementation of Emerging Technology solutions to Technology & Vendor Evaluation and Selection, Technology led Business Transformation and IT Strategy & Governance.

Mr. Kulkarni graduated as an Electronics Engineer and did an MBA from NITIE Mumbai and went on to work with KPMG in IT Advisory space for close to 11 years, growing from a Consultant to Associate Director. During his KPMG stint he worked across Banking, Telecom, Retail and IT/ITeS. Always keen to innovate and deliver new things, Mr. Kulkarni finally succumbed to the entrepreneurial bug in 2016.
