As part of the 74th Independence Day celebration, team MiG invited you to join Virtual Annual Flagship event- ' Swadeshi Mandi 2020' on the 15th of August 2020 at 12:15 PM.  

 We had our chief guest, Mr Abhay Jere, Cheif innovation officer, AICTE and the guest of honor Mrs. Apeksha Haldia, Founder, Zyka ka tadka & a NITIE alumna.

  

Every year MiG organizes this trademark field-based event- 'Mahamandi' to promote business acumen, enterprise development, helps understand customer insights and sales techniques among the students. This year it was our "16th edition," and it implemented in a completely online mode.

 

 

 

Golden Words by Honorable Mr. Abhay Jere –

 

The buzzword across the globe for the 21st century is 'Innovation'. In the simplest term Innovation could be defined as converting an ideas into new or improved products, processes and services. Undoubtedly, Innovation is about taking inventions to marketplace by translating scientific knowledge into products, services and offerings for economic growth and social development. Even, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India has declared decade 2010-20 as ‘Decade of Innovation’, to unleash the creative potential of every Indian and contribute at all layers.

 

Youth of our country, especially in higher education institutions (HEIs) need to play crucial role at every step to shape the innovation ecosystem. Hence, ideally all HEIs should have a comprehensive and function ecosystems to foster innovation and research. This ecosystem will encourage, inspire and nurture young students by exposing them to new ideas and processes resulting in innovative activities in their formative years.

 

Experiences of Mrs. Apeksha Haldia Madam in Her own words……

 

Zayka ka Tadka was an intuitive idea which was born when Vijay Haldiya was visiting her daughter’s home. This is a story which started on her daughter’s impulse, and has now been carried forward by the burning passion of this mother daughter duo!! Through their adaptability and hard work, Vijay Haldia & Apeksha Haldia has made Zayka ka Tadka a household name among 5 lakh plus plus people in 145 countries. It has been an emotional ride for them, where they decided to take it a step forward and help so many other wives and moms in the world to fulfill their potential and true calling, and help them become a world renowned House Chef. Zayka ka Tadka is a one of its kind platform where all the housewives and moms of the world can come and share their recipes with thousands of people instantly, and start getting the recognition that they deserve. Having been there and done that, Vijay Haldiya realizes how it feels to not get the right medium to share your cooking expertise,  but thanks to technology things have become easier for women in this generation.  Apeksha saw her mom transform form a house-wife to this confident and amazing individual – thanks to this idea. That is why, we at Zayka ka Tadka are determined to empower the women and fulfill the amazing potential that they might have in cooking.
